Applications Programmer

Analyzes requirements and develops computer programs by performing project specific duties.

Customer Support Analyst

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Tracks and monitors the problem to insure a timely resolution. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Project Manager

Leads and is responsible for successfully delivering and implementing assigned product lines for customers. Handles often large, complex, multi-phase projects; therefore, must display excellent task management and interpersonal skills skills.
