Practice Team Lead/Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct and document client interviews
• Gather and document customer needs / requirements
• Create Requirements and Design documents
• Coordinate and run JAD sessions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM and SureStep
• Create and manage project plans
• Basic product implementation (remote and at customer site)
• Standard product upgrades
• Conduct project team and end-user training
• Create documentation including customized end-user training materials
• Perform business advisory services including Fit / GAP analysis, product selection, project scoping and need analysis
• Assist Sales team with Demos and quotes
• Provide basic Microsoft CRM customizations
• Working understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
Expectations
You are the lead (and often, only) person responsible for successfully delivering and implementing assigned product lines for our customers. You handle customer engagements valued at up to $200,000 in services (over and above product cost). These are often large, complex, multi-phase projects. You have functional knowledge of all assigned product lines from an end-user perspective and can clearly communicate to our clients what the product is (and is not) capable of doing. While managing and supporting multiple projects, you are able to develop project plans and effectively delegate and manage tasks to successfully complete projects on-time and within budget.
Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent task management skills that enable you to handle multiple projects that may vary in scope and size
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) that yield highly effective interaction with clients and other TAI staff
• Basic knowledge of Agile Project Management
• Basic knowledge of requirements / development documentation methodologies including wireframe, use cases, stories, test planning, data diagrams and other UML or similar methodologies
• Familiar with Joint Application Design/Development (JAD) methodology and ability to facilitate JAD sessions
• Basic understanding of business processes and procedures
Working Conditions
• Office environment
• Telecommuting may be an option for some projects or portions thereof
• Up to 35% travel may be required, including international travel.
• Variety of client environments for on-site services
Education, Experience and Certifications
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Current valid passport (or eligibility and ability to immediately apply for one)
Advancement Opportunities
Normal advancement path for this position is to Project Manager / VP of Services
Advancement Criteria
• Demonstrate ability to fulfill all duties & responsibilities of the Business Analyst position at an excellent or outstanding level
• Pass and maintain all required certifications and tests for Microsoft CRM certified consultant and project manager
• Demonstrate the ability to perform at the next level
