As an administrator of your SugarCRM system you need to manage SugarCRM effectively and efficiently. This class will give you an overview of how to use all of the administrative tools for making configuration changes to your SugarCRM instance. You will learn how to create and manage users and teams, add new fields, change dropdown lists, create workflows and much more.
