This class is designed for anyone in a marketing role and covers the essential features of SugarCRM as well as teaching you how to master the marketing tools that are built in to Sugar. You will also learn how to set up a campaign, create web to lead forms, and use mail merge and email templates to nurture and market to prospects and customers.

In addition to the PowerPoint slides and hands-on labs completed in the class, you will also receive the complete Kindle version of our Getting Started with SugarCRM guide.
