Des Plaines, IL – Technology Advisors, a leading Chicago area CRM Solutions provider, announces the successful expansion of the Midwest SalesLogix User Group (MSUG). The Detroit chapter met in Novi, Michigan on December 7 to discuss four important SalesLogix topics. Mike Santoro, MSUG Director comments, “MSUG is a great way for SalesLogix users to learn more about their CRM software. They can get answers to any questions they may have, and be able to talk to other SalesLogix users outside of their own companies.” The Midwest SalesLogix User Group is a group of users that come together two times a year to learn about and discuss SalesLogix and other CRM related issues. The group was founded in 2002 for users who wanted to discuss these issues but did not have a forum to do so. Since then Technology Advisors has taken the lead to provide pertinent information at each MSUG meeting. MSUG has been very successful at its Chicago location in the past, but more and more visitors from the Detroit area showed a need for a meeting to be held in that region. The meeting on December 7 was a response to that demand and turned out to be an overwhelming success. “We received many requests to hold a second MSUG conference in Detroit for everybody who couldn’t make it in Chicago.” Santoro adds, “We decided to take action and host another MSUG conference for these individuals. The response was great.” The agenda for the Detroit MSUG meeting was the same as the one held in Chicago and featured “The SalesLogix Development Roadmap,” presented by Sam Biardo. Two guest speakers, David Bean of Street Smarts and Amadeo Tarzia of Corum Corporation, completed the program by presenting “Improving Sales Person Collaboration with Street Smarts” and “Technology for the Mobile Sales Force.” After all the presenters had finished, the meeting concluded with lunch and time for holiday gifts.
