Power User for SalesLogix

This classroom course is designed for professionals who need to use SalesLogix to manage all aspects of their business--sales, marketing, and support. You will learn how to use accounts and contacts, track sales opportunities, use dashboard views to measure performance, manage your activities and calendar, perform various searches and create meaningful groups of data, generate reports; use tickets, contracts, returns, and defects to track customer issues; track campaigns and use e-mail marketing.

Prerequisites:
SalesLogix requires that all persons attending Power User training be familiar with Microsoft® Windows.
