Midwest SalesLogix User Group Meeting - November 5, 2009
This winter's MSUG meeting will focus on a multitude of different topics pertinent to business today.We will discuss Customer Satisfaction and how the retention of satisfied customers is so very important. We will explore the Support module of SalesLogix as every interaction with our customers is of the utmost importance.
We will then turn the tables to a more technical topic, but from a business perspective, and discuss the Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) which is the new public cloud infrastruce in Amazon's data centers. We are excited to present Larry Ritter, Sr. VP and GM of CRM Applications from Sage CRM Solutions as our featured presenter. Larry will discuss EC2 and Cloud Computing, and what it means to SalesLogix, as well as Customer Relationship Management in general.
