Technology Advisors Inc joins CRM Guild

SAN FRANCISCO – June 13th, 2002 – Nine experienced CRM consulting firms from major North American and European markets have banded together to form an industry association known as the CRM Guild International.

Through the creation of an industry guild, these individual companies are able to provide more comprehensive and effective solutions to CRM customers in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) market space.

Founding member Jim Ward of BrainSell, LLC said, “Since our members don’t have the burdensome overhead that leads large consulting firms to charge a premium, we are able to provide solutions that meet our clients’ budgets. We also offer the extensive geographic coverage that clients with multiple locations often require and we’re able to service a worldwide base of companies.

In addition, the Guild evaluates new CRM solutions as they come along and decides as a group whether these solutions add competitive value for clients.”

Co-founding member Steve Chipman of Lexnet Consulting Group said, “our goal in assembling the charter members was to find local market companies that all shared a dedication to customer service as well as a vision of helping our customers to really drive and accelerate their sales numbers. The value proposition increases as we leverage the Guild to make our best practices even better.”

The group’s charter members are: BrainSell of Boston, Mass. New York, N.Y. and Washington, D.C.; CompuSales of Toronto, Ont.; Kemmerer and Associates of Gainsville, Fla.; Lexnet Consulting Group of San Francisco; Calif.; CONTACTICS of Seattle, Wash.; Technology Advisors of Chicago, Ill.; Market Answers of Austin, Tex.; Client1 of Montreal, Que.; and e1 business of Winchester, England.
