Developer (DEV1) - SugarCRM

Position Summary
The ideal person for this position demonstrates a passion and talent for creating software widgets.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Build highly efficient, re-usable software widgets for clients, internal TAI use and potential sale to customers
• Create a detail design from provided specifications
• Code, test, debug, document and implement your design
• Able to consistently follow TAI, customer and/or recognized standards bodies coding and development standards and methodology
• Web development
• Customizations in SugarCRM

Expectations
You can readily create software modules and custom solutions that can be easily and reliably used by clients for at least two TAI product lines. You have in-depth knowledge and expertise for at least one product line.

Knowledge & Skills 
• Excellent task management skills that enable you to handle multiple projects that may vary in scope and size
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) that yield highly effective interaction with clients and other TAI staff
• Proficiency in one or more of these programming languages/environments: PHP, MySQL, HTML-5, JAVA

Working Conditions
• Office environment

 Education, Experience and Certifications
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience 

Advancement Opportunities
Normal advancement path for this position is to Senior Developer

Advancement Criteria
Demonstrated ability to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of the DEV1 position at an excellent or outstanding level
