Crystal Reports Training

Crystal Reports training revolves around hands on instructor-led training on a SalesLogix demo database. This interactive class covers report creation from start to finish, and accomplishes this by way of building several helpful SalesLogix reports. The student will be able to do the following upon completion of the class:

• Launch Crystal Reports from within SalesLogix
• Identify and understand the interface and terminology
• Join tables together
• Add fields, groups, and summaries into a report
• Build selection criteria and parameters
  
• Format a report
• Make important information stand out
• Incorporate your reports into SalesLogix
