Remote Training Capabilities

At Technology Advisors, we believe that the best way to train people is to work with them face to face.  This allows people to feel comfortable and ask the questions they need answers to.  It also allows people to be away from the common office distractions of phone calls, emails and meetings.

We are well aware, however, that sending employees to training is not always an option, especially in this economic climate.  For this reason, we have expanded our training program to include a robust remote training option.  We utilize Citrix Go-To-Meeting software to share screen viewing capabilities.  A common dial in phone number is also provided to take care of the audio portion. 

What is Available with Remote Training?:

• All of our existing classes are available.
• Your remote training session can be tailored to fit the time you are available (i.e. broken down into 2 hour sessions until the training is complete, etc...).
• If the standard classes we offer do not fit your needs, we can customize your training, and offer that remotely, as well.
• Up to 25 individual users can join in the remote training from anywhere, as long as they have a computer and an internet connection.
• Training materials can be shipped to you.
• You will have access to our online training environment, giving you all the tools you would have in the classroom right on your own workstation.
• Our certified trainers will lead your training, and you will have complete access to them during the course of your training.
