This course is designed for system administrators who are responsible for maintaining SalesLogix in their organizations. You will learn how to use the Administrative workspace, install and configure Remote and Client components, manage users and understand account security, maintain the database, and create contact and sales processes.

Successful completion of this course and certification assessment allows you to obtain Sage SalesLogix Administrator certification.

 

SalesLogix Best Practices Training - Sales End User

Best Practices  - Process Oriented Training

 

This course is designed for anyone who has ever wondered, 'I have SalesLogix, now what do I do with it?'  This applies to both end users who need to use the software daily, as well as managers who are responsible for coming up with a business plan to utilize the software.  This class is great for both those who are new to using SalesLogix, and also those who have been using the software, but not to its fullest potential.

You will receive a printed copy of Technology Advisors' custom process-oriented manual, which will take you through a logical sales cycle, and will be a great reference after you have left the class and need a reminder on how to complete a specific function.  You will receive plenty of insight from our deep understanding of SalesLogix, which has been generated from 10+ years in the business.

This training will take you through SalesLogix in a manner that will show you how to use the software for Sales in a way that makes sense, and is very straight forward.  From using Leads, managing Accounts and Contacts, to opening up Opportunities and scheduling activities around all of this, this class will help you understand how to be productive with SalesLogix.

This course is designed for marketing professionals who use the SalesLogix Client to manage leads and campaigns. Service/Support End User for SalesLogix

This course is designed for customer service and support professionals who use the SalesLogix Client to manage customer issues. You will learn how to use accounts and contacts; use tickets, contracts, returns, and defects to track customer issues; manage your activities and calendar; perform various searches and create meaningful groups of data; generate reports; and more.

 

Power End User for SalesLogix

This course is designed for professionals who need to use SalesLogix to manage all aspects of their business--sales, marketing, and support. Upgrade your SalesLogix Database from 7.2 to 7.5

This course is designed for SalesLogix Administrators who are tasked with upgrading their database to the latest and greatest version of SalesLogix... SalesLogix 7.5. The course will cover all of the important issues to consider when upgrading your database.  This is particularly helpful if you are still deciding on using the LAN or WEB client.  There will be opportunity for hands-on work showing you how to update your customizations and get them into the new version.
