CHALLENGE:

The original technology partner created custom code which was constantly breaking. Troubleshooting the issues and managing the bad data it produced had become overwhelming. The client had a spaghetti bowl of data that didn’t satisfy even the basic requirements of their software program thus making all things more difficult.

SOLUTION:

Technology Advisors, Inc. created a technically sound, reliable data structure for a web of multi-relational entities. TAI put in place proprietary innovations and program add-ons to create summary screens which eliminated the need to search over several screens or drill down for more details.

RESULTS:

National Bureau has realized a very real and immeasurable increase of confidence in the accuracy of their database; they have savings in both employee time and resources. TAI streamlined processes by organizing everything in one place.
