Description

The most comprehensive of the End User training classes, this class is designed for individuals that need to have an in-depth understanding of the features and functions of SugarCRM in order to train, guide and/or support others within their department or across the organization. The in-depth class provides how to use all of the sales, marketing and support tools available in SugarCRM.

In addition to the PowerPoint slides and hands-on labs completed in the class, you will also receive the complete Kindle version of our Getting Started with SugarCRM guide.
