Sam Biardo

Founder & CEO

As Founder and CEO of Technology Advisors, Inc., Sam provides creative solutions to solve unique technology problems. In 1991, he left academics to start Technology Advisors with the goal of helping customers improve sales, marketing, and customer service. TAI has since grown to a digital transformation company that strategizes the deployment of low-code solutions. Sam is on the advisory board of a ½ dozen CRM companies, co-host of a weekly CRM talk show, is continuing his research on streamlining the software delivery model, and continues to golf on weekends.

Danine Midura

Marketing & Content Director

As Marketing & Content Director for Technology Advisors Inc., Danine spearheads TAI content creation, events, campaigns, SEO and website management, webinars, user groups, and social media efforts. Her goal is to support TAI's mission to listen, personalize, and stay with its customers by crafting honest, helpful, and insightful marketing content. Danine's interests include blockbuster disaster movies, tank tops in an array of colors, used book stores, Jurassic Park, and being surrounded by trees.

Megan Sheehan

Director of Project Management

Megan is a CRM expert who helps clients design and build their CRM systems, manages their implementation and enhancement projects, designs and builds data integrations, and trains their teams on how to properly implement. She’s been part of the Technology Advisors team since 2012 and has written three books on CRM. Megan also co-hosts online user groups for various products where she teaches attendees about the latest updates, features, and functions.

Allen D'Souza

Senior CRM Consultant

Allen is a senior CRM consultant at Technology Advisors Inc. He spends most of his time designing and architecting cloud based solutions using Creatio Enterprise CRM, Infor CRM, StarfishETL, and SQL Server. He also specializes in data migrations from-and-to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com. Allen has been involved in large implementations for prominent players in the real estate, banking, manufacturing, and publishing industries. Prior to working at Technology Advisors, Allen worked as a Microsoft application developer in the Accounting space. Outside of work, he likes to meditate, play his guitar, and eat chocolate.

Valerie Parker

Director of PMO

Valerie leads the Project Management team at TAI. She came to TAI with many years of technical programming and management experience from a series of Fortune 15 companies in the hospital supply arena. With background in areas such as Technology Development, Operations Support, Sales Support, Order Processing, HR, and Payroll, she brings a wealth of knowledge to TAI. Valerie has been with TAI over 10 years and in her spare time enjoys working puzzles, building with power tools, cooking and eating healthfully, and anything in the color of fuchsia.

Chris Heyman

Software Engineer/Business Analyst

Chris joined TAI in 2012 and quickly moved up to a Consultant role working with organizations of all sizes on CRM customizations, implementations, and data migrations with Starfish ETL. He has since worked on mission critical applications with many industries including travel, oil and gas, and banking using Creatio, SugarCRM, and Salesforce. Through his work on heavily customized CRM implementations on-site and in the Cloud, as well as extensive experience developing desktop and Web applications, he built a knack for digging into tough problems and finding a solution. When he’s not developing solutions for clients, Chris can be found watching his first born grow, traveling as much as possible, gardening, or brewing his next batch of beer.

Molly Anderson

Director of Sales

Molly is the Director of Sales at Technology Advisors. She leads TAI’s Pre-Sales team and works directly with prospects to help them successfully choose a CRM solution. Molly’s role is to help guide prospects through their evaluation process by providing product information, strategic planning and requirements assistance, as well as product demos and pricing. In her free time, Molly enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and trying new restaurants in Chicago!
