CRM Support Plans

Level1 - Technical Support [+ / -]

Maintain that initial product stability of your CRM with Level1 Technical Support: For a low monthly fee you get access to our Help Desk for technical CRM support, unlimited calls, bug fixes and issue resolution from CRM certified experts, phone or email ticket submission, and access to our CRM Knowledge base.

Level2 - Remote Administration Support [+ / -]

Continuous and proper administration of your CRM system ensures a reliable CRM solution. We’ll be your ‘remote administrator’ and keep it running the way it should. We’ll perform daily, weekly, on-demand and common system admin tasks, user maintenance, add/remove users, update passwords, add/delete fields, database backups, and essentially eliminate need for a dedicated internal system administrator. This plan includes Level1 support services.

Level3 - End User Support [+ / -]

The proper level of end user support directly impacts User Adoption of your CRM solution. If you have limited internal resources, your CRM End Users can call our Help Desk for ‘how to’ and functionality support. We’ll promptly answer user questions and guide them. This plan includes Level2 and Level1 support services.

Upgrade Options

Upgrade Options [+ / -]

Rest assured when timely new features or upgrades are released, your CRM system won’t fall behind. Since we’re familiar with your system and its customizations, we’ll update, test and priority support your system after an upgrade is released.  60 day sandbox rental, one major update, one service pack, all required hot fixes – and all on your schedule.

Continuous Improvement [+ / -]

With Continuous Improvement, you control your investment and when improvements happen. We’ll provide ongoing simple enhancements to whatever features or functions you determine you need to keep up with your business’s changing needs. We’ll work with you based upon a predefined release schedule. Choose from bi-monthly, quarterly or semi-annually.
