Pre-Paid Support

Pre-paid support can be purchased for either CRM support or development purposes. Pre-paid hours are purchased in one-hour increments, starting at a minimum of 5 hours. These hours are valid for 12 months after the purchase date. This support option comes at a flat rate, regardless of whether the service you’re requesting is development or support related. Discounts are based on volume.

Rates as low as $175/hour for US resources and $60/hour for offshore resources.

Retainer-Based Support

Do you need a part-time CRM administrator? Are you planning to deploy a project like marketing, which is best done over a longer time frame? Retainer-based support dedicates a member of our staff to you, part-time, for up to a year. This technical resource becomes a fractional employee based on your needs. You may ask them to work on whatever project you’d like to take on.

Rates as low as $150/hour per resource.

Administration Support

Administration support includes all the features of Technical support but adds phone support, help with data imports, basic workflows, reporting, and user creation and management. Administration support also covers bug fixes and picklist/dropdown menu customizations, performance questions, and backup instruction.

Rates start as low as $15/licensed user per month.

Premier Support

Premier support is the highest tier of per-user support offered by Technology Advisors. Premier support includes all the features of Administration support but with several upgraded experiences. Premier support delivers unlimited Web training, FREE development hours, budget analysis for additional customizations, tuning for Web and database servers, and upgraded support reply times.

Rates start as low as $25/licensed user per month.
