TAI Blackbird is a single server application that will send messages and alerts to its' client applications.
How does TAI Blackbird Work?
TAI Blackbird is based around a single server application that runs on Microsoft's Web Server, IIS.
Event programs, like KnowledgeSync, then connect to this server over the internet to tell the server to send messages and alerts to the TAI Blackbird Client Application(s). The client applications, such as the Desktop Application or the soon to be released iPhone and iPod Touch application, then receives these messages and alerts and displays them to the user.
The Knowledgesync business intelligence tool that monitors data in CRM, email or other data sources comes with prebuilt event packs for TAI Blackbird.
