Description

This class is designed for anyone in a customer service, customer support or help desk role and covers all the essential features of SugarCRM as well as teaching you how to master the customer support tools that are built in to Sugar to enter, track and resolve customer issues. You will also learn how to set up a dashboard, create custom reports, incorporate documents and attachments into tickets, and integrate with Outlook.

In addition to the PowerPoint slides and hands-on labs completed in the class, you will also receive the complete Kindle version of our Getting Started with SugarCRM guide.
