Segmenting is the process of identifying and utilizing a target’s profile based on specific aspects of their information. For example, if a marketer wanted to campaign exclusively to CEO’s, they would segment a list to target only clients with the job title “CEO.” Segmentation capabilities are standard for CRM’s and marketing automation systems alike.

Campaign Management

Campaign management starts with campaign creation, which is a project that includes a set of steps, often in multiple stages, within a multi-phase campaign.
